  3. I was excited to see that you were having a 30% off Sale in honor of Lynda and her retirement.
    However, your most popular incense that I wanted to be sure and buy tells me when I tried to put it in my cart that it is "currently not available" which is a HUGE disappointment! So then I tried purchasing your 3" pillar patchouli candle (the small one) and when I put it in my cart I was told it ALSO WASN'T CURRENTLY AVAILABLE!!
    Your email was quite clear that any items not in stock would not be back ordered and then sold at the 30% off price when they were back in stock.
    So, as a last resort, I decided to inventory my candles here in my home to see what I had left that I previously purchased from Patchouli Garden. My large pillar patchouli candle that I paid $24.95 for has absolutely no smell left and has barely been burned. Also, I still have 3 soy patchouli candles that say "triple scented" on the label on top of the jar. They have never even been opened, but when I opened them today......NO SMELL AT ALL!! They have been sealed and the lid was on tight?? Yet they have no scent left to them and were suppose to be triple scented??? I am so very disappointed in your candles. I'm rather glad now that you didn't have the 3" pillar available as I would guess I would have the same problem with that one.
    It makes sense that you would want to let your inventory get low prior to selling the business to Tara, but to not to even have your most popular patchouli incense sticks in stock when offering a 30% Sale is not just disappointing, but doesn't reflect well on your motto of putting people first. I do still love your natural hemp patchouli soap, but ended up so disappointed in the lack of smell of my candles, no incense in stock and no 3" candle in stock I decided to forego ordering any of your soap. Hopefully, Tara will not change the way it is made and I will at least have one item I can continue to buy from Patchouli Garden. I've been a customer for many years and this is the first time I've truly been disappointed in your customer service.
